I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores — everything you need is just a short walk away. The staff were outstanding: very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any issues that came up during my stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of tasty options to start the day right. I also really appreciated the free drinks and water dispensers available 24 hours — such a thoughtful touch. Another highlight was the complimentary public bath, which provided a relaxing experience after a long day out. Although the hotel doesn’t have its own parking spaces, they do offer discounted rates at a nearby designated parking lot, which was very helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, comfort, and convenience!

Location is outstanding. Front desk staff were extremely helpful with a number of issues (electrical plug adapter, calling for a complicated taxi requested, organizing retrieval of a forgotten item), and always with a smile. Really excellent customer service.

I really loved REF in Kumamoto, rooms are small but you can fit luggage under the bad and make everything smooth and practical, facilities are top notch, the bath floor is great, laundry is great, breakfast is good but most important thing the staff is super helpful and some of them speak english. They helped me with my luggage before and after my stay so thanks guys 10/10!

Grilling food by yourselves is a nice touch. Nice public baths, only a few bathers. Free ice popsicles. Easy check out. You just drop your key in a box and leave.
